How is Sleep related to Bhagwatam

Well , I used to wonder whyI always fall asleep (mostly) while watching bhagwatam...
Is it the relaxed mind which causes that ? Or is there something else ?

Like all other things , I got an answer to my question right there in Srimad bhagwat katha...

According to a legend , Shri Krsna gave "Gudaka"(the godess of sleep) a boon , when he found him worshiping her , and said that whenever and wherever I am being preached , you will be present there..

Now i dont have to worry about Insomnia ...Whenever i want to sleep , Ill put on the bhagwtam.
